One year ago today a gunman shot and killed 32 students and faculty members at Virginia Tech before turning the gun on himself. The Shooter, Seung-Hui Cho, had a history of mental illness which fueled the political aftermath that always follows these tragedies. Instead of going into that I ask that everyone join together in one of the few things we can agree on, the tragedy of 33 lost lives.
Please visit Virginia Techs Day of Remembrance Page and their We Remember Pages as we celebrate and mourn for those lost. I know that one year is not much time when you loose someone but I hope that the friends, classmates, and families of those who were killed find peace.
