It is almost Christmas time and I’m sure that my readers will be heading off to one or more large family gatherings. If your families are anything like mine there are bound to be people who you don’t normally associate with that you will be forced to make nice. Well lots of Christians seem to have trouble talking with Athiests so Im sharing this helpful video from Laci. Enjoy.

One time I had a law teacher ask the class, Hey, today if I went up to perform human sacrifice on my son the way Abraham was prepared to do, don’t you think the child welfare authorities would have gotten involved?
As our social views change, so does the western Christian religion. Although Christianity transforms slower than society, and various groups within Christianity change at different rates with assorted interruptions, nevertheless Christianity is still dynamic … Perhaps the most dynamic of any religion. This is self evident in the large quantity of denominations.
To quote the Old Testament in the Bible and apply (2,000 to 5,000 year old) obsolete concepts in an attempt to nullify Christianity, only shows your lack of understanding of Christianity.
In addition, to be fair you should quote the Quaran.
Christians base their belief structures on both the old and the new testaments. The Garden of Eden, the Flood, the 10 Commandments are all old testament stories, would you say that Christians regard those as obsolete? Clearly they do not. So if part of the old testament is still valid, it is all still valid.
Also remember that Jesus himself said “For truly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, not an iota, not a dot, will pass the law until all is accomplished. Whoever then relaxes one of the least of these commandments and teaches men so, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but he who does them and teaches them shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.” (Matthew 5:18-19 RSV). Surely you wouldn’t claim that Jesus is obsolete to modern Christians.
Did you also know that there are 2 very similar versions of the law codes the Christians use? One is real and can be authenticated to the time of around 1650 B.C. This is the Law Code of Hammurabi. Then there is the Biblical law code of Moses. Both were Hittites. Both existed (according to my research) around the same time. And in fact may be the very same person. Also have you ever looked at the shape of a pyramid? looks like a volcano doesn’t it? Didn’t Moses go up on a Volcano? look up where he went on the mountain and really read it and you will see what I’m talking about. “shot through as though by fiery arrows, or stoned to death if your people venture too close to the mountain.” well if molten lava hit you I think it would be like a fiery arrow and volcanoes shoot stones and Newton’s Law of Gravity states that “What goes up, must come down…” Just food for thought
Isn’t the law code of Moses the same as the Law Code of Hammurabi? Both Hittites? Both Existed around the time of 1650 B.C. and just may be the same person. The Christian Bible is one of the bloodiest books on the market and is used as a propaganda machine for a Christian version of Jihad. It’s funny also that Abraham had 2 sons and Isaac became the first Christian while Ismael became the first muslim. Abraham was a follower of the old ways and in fact came from the Sumer city of Ur. There they still had sun worship, cannibalism rights to their dead, live sacrifice, and cults to fertility gods such as Baal, who in the Bible is considered the devil. In fact that is where the devil gets his goat’s head and horns and where we derive the term horny.
