Most of this is completely untrue.
I’m American and I don’t reject air conditioning or eye wear. Blacks CAN marry whites. Gay parents don’t always raise gay children. Straight parents don’t always raise straight children. There are LOTS of religions in America. I’m Jewish. I have Jewish, Mormon, Christian, Catholic, Hindu, and many more friends. We obviously don’t all believe the same things. In #9. why do you say that? I know of many cases where children raised in a gay home are very successful.
You’re making up stupid excuses that don’t even make sense. What would Jesus do? He would accept everyone in this world.
We were all given choices when we were born. We choose who we marry, even if they aren’t our destiny or fate.
“All men are created equal”, no matter who they love or marry.

I honestly do not understand why people are so against gay marriage. Im sorry, but i thought we were all human. Yes, humans have opinions and seems to hate a lot of things, but that’s how we created it. we made it so everyone is judgemental. its ridiculous. None of these opposing comments will stop people from loving who they want to love. Just have to deal. you dont like it, ignore it. its not that hard.

Contrary to popular belief, gay marriage IS legal in the United States. Find a priest or priestess who will marry you, and you’re golden.

What IS illegal is getting the legal document — which is ridiculous, because it doesn’t do anything but make the lives of homosexuals more difficult. What does that accomplish besides cultivating a toxic environment where we create second-class citizens?

My solution is this: Eliminate the word “marriage” from the law, is there is supposed to be SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE. Anyone who wants a civil union can get one, but there is no more “marriage” legally. It’s a religious thing, and you get it in a church. ’nuff said.

It seems so simple, and it’s a compromise that most people I’ve pitched it to seem to respect.
