Moveon.org has composed an excellent video highlighting the moving goal posts in the Iraq war.  No matter what happens we hear that the surge is working and that they only need 6 more months from the Bush/McCain crew. Very nicely done but I would have liked to see them pay attention to all the times we have “turned the corner” in Iraq. Of course there is only so much time for a video like this and General Petraeus pretty much killed that catch phrase when he said “We haven’t turned any corners. We haven’t seen any lights at the end of the tunnel.” the other day.

You know the problem with buying anything on an installment plan is that you end up paying way more than its worth and by the time you own it the thing is broken and worthless.  I say we return it and cut our losses while we still can.

Today was the day for the Million Fag March here in Topeka, KS and it was a great success! The march was in protest against the hatred spewed by Fred Phelps and the Westboro Baptist Church. It now seems that the plans have been finalized and things are good to go for the Million Fag March. You can find all of the details here. The March is scheduled for Sunday, March 30 at 11:00am. Attendees are to meet up at Gage Park in Topeka, KS.
